We offer free shipping across India on all orders, whether you choose to pay through cash on delivery or prepaid. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days.
We do not entertain returns. But we are happy to exchange it for you in case of sizing or defects.
If you receive a wrong or defective product, or if you need to exchange for size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return pickup and send you the correct product after doing a quality check.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
If we receive a product with the tags removed, we will not accept the return or exchange.
In case we receive a different product in the return process, then we are not liable for this. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made by the customer during the return process.
